EARLY BIRD registration is available until and including JUNE 20, 2022 (midnight CEST/UTC+02). Registration fees will go up steeply afterwards, so it pays to register early!
PLEASE NOTE: Registration closes on JULY 7, 2022 (midnight CEST/UTC+02). We cannot offer on-site payment.
We offer the following payment methods: via bank transfer (preferred) and via PayPal (possible with or without a PayPal account). Once you have completed the registration form, please wait for our invoice where you will find all info you need regarding how to proceed with your payment.
Please note: we will NOT process incomplete registration forms – so if you believe you have registered but have NOT received a confirmation email from the system, please get in touch with us (methodsxvii@uni-mainz.de).
Fees (early-bird rate between 225 and 275 EUR before extras) include
- 5 lunches (Monday to Friday)
- coffee breaks
- non-alcoholic drinks in conference rooms
- Wednesday afternoon programme (as specified here under "Wednesday afternoon/evening programme")
- Monday evening reception
Details on cancellation policies are included in the registration form. Late registration is much more expensive so be sure to register early!
